How to pay
Email info@par2pro.com quoting your order number and preferred payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, bank transfers (EFT), wire transfers, and Interac e-Transfers to info@par2pro.com. Bank drafts and company or certified cheques accepted with prior approval. Bank fees are payable by the customer. For credit card payments, a PayPal invoice is emailed to you (no PayPal account needed).
The Wire/E-Transfer discount applies only to payments made by wire transfer, bank EFT, or Interac e-Transfer on orders over $1,000 CAD. If paying by credit card, this discount is removed and your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Lead times
Lead time is the period from when we receive payment (and after layout approval if order has applicable items) to the date the product is estimated to ship out. Par2Pro will make every effort to ensure you receive your order as fast and cost efficient as possible.
Returns and refunds
All sales on software, electronics, used and custom items are final. Refunds and exchanges may be allowed within 7 days on unused or unopened other items and a restocking fee and/or payment processing fee may apply.
Shipping, customs, and duties
International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage, local import duties, and other charges, which are the sole responsibility of the addressee, as are any taxes levied by government authorities in the destination country.
US customers
Effective August 29, 2025, the duty-free de minimis exemption for all countries has been suspended. You can find more information on this change here:

As a result, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may require a formal customs entry for all orders. This process may require us or the company shipping the product(s) to provide your Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN).
