Shipping & Returns

 

Seamless Shipping:

We offer shipping via UPS (or similar courier) to anywhere in the world on all products except for most sensors (which are only available to ship to addresses within North America). We can also ship some products from either Canada or the US to avoid any customs charges. 

Customs and International Fees & Lead Times:

Each product page has a note stating where the item can be shipped from and their lead times. Items shipped internationally (ie. from the US into Canada) may be subject to customs, brokerage, international fees, tariffs, and/or taxes which may be due prior to, on, or after delivery and are the sole responsibility of the client. Shipments may be opened, inspected and/or delayed by customs authorities due to heightened border security. The product's lead time is the period of time between the date of payment (or layout approval for custom orders) to the date of shipping. Some products are available for rush shipping, but may be subject to additional fees such as expedited courier service costs.

Signature Required:

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives promptly, in optimal condition, and meets your expectations. However, we have observed a growing trend in parcel theft worldwide, which is beyond our control and not covered by courier services. To address this, all shipments from Par2Pro are sent with the "Signature Required" option. We kindly ask that you provide a shipping address where an authorized individual is available to sign for your order. If this is not feasible, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. Additionally, for orders of $200 or less, we offer a "No Signature Required" option, provided the client accepts full responsibility for the delivery in writing.

Returns and Client Satisfaction:

At Par2Pro, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. 

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, or if the product is defective, please contact us immediately and we'll work together to find a solution. 

For returns, please note that we are unable to refund shipping or payment processing fees (3%), as these charges are not recoverable to us.

*Software, Custom, Pre-owned and some other select items are non-refundable.

**Note: Some manufacturers and products require a restocking fee, while we aim to note this on each applicable product page, we suggest that you check the manufacturer's return policy or contact us for details.

While we strive to provide refunds as soon as possible, it may take up to 5 business days (or more depending on time of year, complexity, etc.) from date of refund approval to process. Credit cards and some other payment methods may have additional processing time beyond our control. Please note that we are only able to refund to the original payment method – if original payment method is a wire transfer, a cheque will be mailed out.
