How to Get Tech Support

We have a dedicated Product Tech Support Specialist at Par2Pro to provide you with additional assistance whenever needed. While our specialist is available to help, we highly recommend following these steps for a smoother support experience:

  1. Visit the Manufacturer's Website: Before reaching out, we encourage you to check the manufacturer's website. Often, you'll find valuable information, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and solutions to common issues in the support section.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket or Email the Manufacturer: If you require further assistance, please submit a support ticket or send an email providing comprehensive details about the problem. Include your full contact information, system details (including serial numbers, if available), purchase date, setup specifications, and a description of any errors you are encountering.
  3. Phone the Manufacturer's Tech Support: If your situation necessitates immediate attention or hands-on guidance, consider contacting the manufacturer's tech support directly via phone.
  4. For added convenience, you can always rely on our own Product Tech Support Specialist. Simply call 587-760-4652 or email us at support@par2pro.com for prompt and personalized assistance. Our in-house technical support is typically available 12:00 pm to 4:00 PM MDT, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Remote Support: should you require remote support from Par2Pro, please click HERE to download Team Viewer remote support software. Please open the file and install as directed prior to calling us.
