Par2Pro Tech Tips: Enabling Club Head Speed on the Foresight GC3 Launch Monitor

Among many other features, the Foresight Sports GC3 Launch Monitor includes club data like Club Head Speed, Smash Factor, Club Path, and Angle of Attack: all important metrics for improving your game at home or on the range.

However, we've heard some feedback from our customers who say they've had trouble accessing metrics like Club Head Speed on the GC3's built-in LCD touchscreen.

Here's how to enable the Club Head Speed metric and get the most out of your GC3:

1. Turn on Club Tracking

Swipe down on the touchscreen, and push Settings, Tracking Mode. Then make sure Tracking Mode is switched to ON.

2. Apply Your Club Marker

Make sure your club face is clean, then apply the marker following the directions below.

When you're done, it should look like this.

3. Take a Shot

Use one of your marked clubs, make sure your ball is in the hitting zone. Grip it and rip it!

4. Check if Club Head Speed is Enabled

After your shot, the third page on the touchscreen (scroll to the right) should display your Club Head Speed.
