- Par2Pro computers are spec'd out to be above minimum software requirements to ensure the best simulation experience and long life
- Par2Pro is proud to supply Dell custom computers which INCLUDE Dell’s 3 years ProSupport with Next Business Day Onsite Service (after diagnosis)
- All computers purchased from Par2Pro have Additional Support Available at $75 CAD / hour (valued at $100 CAD / hour) - min 1 hour and billed in 15 min increments
- Off-site hardware testing is unavailable due to logistic issues (ie. possible hardware damage in transit, hardware transit timelines & costs, etc.)
- Computers are optimized in Edmonton, AB, Canada and shipped out across North America with country-specific manufacturer support (international fees included in price)
- Par2Pro Support is to the extent of Par2Pro’s capabilities, we will do our best to assist our customers; however, manufacturer support may be required
