Q: Do I need a mat?
A: A hitting mat will bring your feet level with the unit. When your feet are even with the P3ProSwing™ sensor unit, you get the most accurate shot data from your swing. Our hitting mats have been designed to hold the P3ProSwing™ so that you can keep your body aligned with the unit. They also fold for convenient storage.

A: Absolutely. Many golf professionals now use P3ProSwing™ to teach their clients. It is the fast, easy and scientific way to improve your game.

Q: What do you need to do to set up the P3ProSwing™ ?
A: It's very easy.

1. Put the CD in your computer and follow the simple directions for installing the program.
2. Plug the cord from the unit into your computer's USB port.
3. Plug in the power cord into an electrical outlet.
4. Choose what you want to do (Driving Range, Course, Putting, Putting Game) and choose a club in the software.
5. Tape the bottom of your woods & putter and you're ready to play!

Q: Can I use all the clubs in my bag?
A: Absolutely. The P3ProSwing™ lets you use woods, irons, wedges and putter from anywhere on the course, range or green. And unlike other systems the P3ProSwing™ is great for irons. With the P3ProSwing™ you hit your iron shots right off of the Sensor Unit - you do not have to use a tee.

Q: What type of computer is required?
A: The following systems will support all of the P3ProSwing™ swing analysis functions and game functions:

• Windows XP or higher
• 512 Mb RAM
• USB port

To test your system for full motion graphics, you can download this program to your desktop. Then click on it to run. It will tell you if full motion graphics are available. Delete the program by dragging it to the trash when you are done.

Q: Is there a trial period?
A: There is currently no trial period available in Canada.
However, we do have a demo center in Edmonton and offer a full refund within 7 days, so long as the product is in its original condition & has all of its original accessories and packaging.

Q: Does the system work for left handed golfers?
A: Yes. Just click on Options and check off the box for left-handed golfer.

Q: Does this include a projection system?
A: We can supply you with a projector pak, but recommend that you buy a projector from your local electronics store. Be sure to get an XGA projector with keystoning ability. You should also consider the distance that you need to project from and ensure that the projector meets those requirements.

Q: Could this be used at a driving range?
A: As long as it is powered and has access to a computer it can run at an outside driving range. Solid shade is required for outdoor use because the P3ProSwing™ uses infrared (or heat sensors) to measure your golf swing. We recommend solid shade that does not let the sun's heat waves through. It is the heat waves and odd shadows not the light that interferes with the P3ProSwing™ 's sensor system.

Q: How is the hitting pad powered?
A: It is powered by a 5-volt DC power supply that is included. All you have to do is plug it in any wall socket.

Q: Is a net included?
A: Many customers already have a net. This is why we made the net an upgrade. We have a great net available here. We also offer a large projection screen, which can replace the net. The same amazing graphics are projected on the big screen, resulting in an experience comparable to being on the course (with instant swing analysis).

Q: What is the warranty on the system?
A: Our 180-day limited warranty covers all defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse by the customer.
Additional warranty coverage can be purchased to cover the unit for an extended period of time. Extended warranty coverage is categorized for either retail/non-commercial customer or for commercial customers. Retail customers may purchase a 2-year Warranty Service Contract, which extends the total warranty period to 27 months. Commercial customers can purchase a 1-year Commercial Warranty Service Contract, extending the warranty coverage to 12 months including advance exchange of the P3ProSwing™ unit.
