| Description |
You can protect your P3ProSwing™ for an additional 2 years after the original warranty with the purchase of an Extended Warranty Service Contract from Sports Vision Technologies. During this time period they will repair or replace any P3ProSwing™ properly returned to them that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. It's a great way to ensure years of service from your P3ProSwing™ . The Service Contract is only $149 USD and gives you a total of 27 months of protection including the original warranty.
NOTE: The Extended 2-year Warranty Service Contract must be purchased within the standard 90-day warranty period.
How do I return a product under the Extended Warranty Service Contract?
Its simple. Just call (207) 824-7403. Your contract will be verified, you will receive an authorization number and you will be told where to ship the P3ProSwing™ for service.
What is not covered?
The extended warranty does not cover commercial use, external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or extreme electrical power. It does not cover servicing by anyone other than Sports Vision Technologies. It does not cover usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions or product safety information or if preventive maintenance was not performed. It is void if the unit seal has been broken. If it is determined that the product is not covered under this Extended Warranty Service Contract you will be informed of service options available to you on a fee basis. Packages received without an authorization number will not be serviced and will be returned. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to the service center. After your authorized unit is serviced P3ProSwing™ will pay for the return of the unit to you.
Other than the term of the warranty, the extended warranty is subject to the same limitations as the original limited warranty.
