The GGS System is state-of-the-art and, having undergone over 40,000 man hours of development, offers features at and beyond those of other systems costing 3 times the price (and more) of the GGS system. A total of up to 775 high speed optical sensors track the club head and ball to give an unparalleled realistic ball flight trajectory and swing analysis information feedback. No other system on the market offers so many data capturing features like the GGS system product range. The following are just some of the great features of the system:
High accuracy modular sensor club mats
The GGS professional sensor mats detect club-head speed to within 0.0137 mph ( 0.00085 kmh) or 0.0069 m.p.h. (0.00425 kmh) with high-definition mat, club-face angle to within 0.001 degrees and club-head path to within 1.0 degrees (0.5 degrees with high-definition mat).
- 90 (optional 135) sensors are used in the mat itself to detect club-head speed, club-head path and club-face angle.
- 128 (optional 256) sensors are used to detect ball path and speed.
- 128 (optional 256) sensors are used to detect ball launch angle.
- 128 sensors are used to detect club-head height, club-head attack angle and tee height.
- 98 sensors are used in the special putting mat.

Amazing views
Spectacular views of the 18 hole championship golf courses. The system uses a combination of real high resolution 3D digitized photos and computer generated graphics with contoured terrain and obstacle definition - balls bounce off trees, carts etc. and roll down hills - even into water with a splash.
High performance graphics
The graphics system is a high resolution and high performance one (typically 70 frames per second and 16.7 million brilliant colors) that allows the user to move in real-time around the course. This is in strong contrast to all other systems that only show a static view. The GGS graphics system is actually like a continuous movie. e.g. If, at any time during the game you want to see what lies behind a hill, you can simply navigate the virtual camera to go and have a look. Course fly-overs and multiple simultaneous views are all standard features. The user can even set the virtual view camera to be in the ball itself so that he/she may fly with the ball along it's trajectory in real time.
Fly with the ball
After your shot and you want to move to where the ball lies for the next shot, the GGS virtual 3D graphics camera will fly you along the ball's trajectory to get you there. As opposed to other systems where you have to wait for the new view to be calculated, the GGS system is so fast it seems instantaneous.

Realistic ball flight trajectory, bounce and roll
Including hooks, slices, pushes, pulls, fades and draws or any combination thereof, i.e. pushed hooks, pulled slices etc. plus wind factors (strength and direction) are also taken into account . When chipping and putting, the ball will follow the contour of the surface and it's path and speed will be influenced accordingly. Also, the flight trajectories of missed shots are shown i.e. topped or fat shots, skied and shanked etc. The flight trajectory calculation routines use proven mathematical formulas that use all the parameters of the clubface at impact with the ball together with the ball's initial flight angles and velocities.
Incredibly accurate and detailed swing analyzer
See why the ball flew the way it did. Up to 775 high speed optical sensors are used to capture all elements of the club face at impact with the ball and the ball's true launch angles and speed like no other system on the market.

Over 50 courses to choose from - including driving ranges
There are 20 courses included with every system (ProX Software + 1 course on GSA software). The new GSA software, with its increased graphic details and features, adds an additional 30 courses at an unbeatable price and makes it even more fun to play!

Design your own golf courses
The GGS 3D graphics system allows you to integrate your own designed golf courses using a standard graphics tool (e.g. MS Paintbrush pro, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Micrografix Picture Publisher etc). The GGS auto course generator creates all surface texture maps, topographic height maps, light and shading maps, surface recognition, sky domes and object maps from a single layout image. The level of detail and realism is only limited by your artistic abilities, imagination and time.
The GGS ProX software is the only Golf Simulator software in the world that allows you to create your own golf courses!

Closest to the pin and long drive challenges
Unlike other systems, GGS includes the closest to the pin and long drive challenges at no additional charge on both the ProX and GSA software packages! In addition to normal game play, the ProX software allows you to run the closest to the pin and long drive challenges in parallel.

Commercial software to increase sales
Banner Ads - Static images and/or video playbacks. Increase revenue by selling advertising space on your simulators. Shows up either after every shot, before each hole or on main menu screen.
Central Desk Control - Setup games and start simulators from a central desk control application.
